Add below line into .../poky/build/conf/bblayers.conf:
BSPDIR := "${@os.path.abspath(os.path.dirname(d.getVar('FILE', True)) + '/../..')}"   <path to>/poky${BSPDIR}/meta-openembedded/meta-oe \ /poky${BSPDIR}/meta-fsl-arm \ /poky${BSPDIR}/meta-fsl-arm-extra \ /poky${BSPDIR}/meta-isee \
To enable the isee layer, add the 'igep0046 MACHINE' (select quad -> imx6q or dual lite -> imx6dl) to .../poky/build/conf/local.conf:
